Inspection Department
Our 1000 sq. ft. metrology laboratory is temperature and humidity controlled. All of our instruments are calibrated at regular intervals and traceable to NIST. We utilize Brown & Sharp and LK/Nikon CMMs with capacities to 800x1000x1500 mm (31x39x59) with the latest software updates. Plate inspection, optical measurement, hardness testing, and air gaging are also employed. Future Tool also offers capability studies, PPAP, APQP, and measuring systems analysis.
